Helping to write the rule books—and making the rules stick

I know and (mostly) love AP Style best, but have also been a staunch upholder of many an in-house style guide, which all have their own requirements unique to each organization. I’ve maintained and updated style guides and helped enforce their rules—politely but firmly.

I’ve also written documentation that captures internal procedures, particularly instructions on using various features of Content Management Systems.
